What is a VPN?
A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a private network you can connect to over a regular internet connection. When you connect to a VPN, all the data you send and receive becomes encrypted, protecting your privacy online. Another benefit of a VPN is that your virtual location is masked, third parties won’t be able to know your exact location.
How does it work?
VPNhub creates private networks on our own private servers. You connect securely to the server of your choice, and you can switch between servers whenever you want. When you connect to a server, it changes your virtual location to the location of that server and encrypts your data, protecting you from potential online threats.
How do I use VPNhub?
Make sure you’re connected to the internet, either with cellular data or through a Wi-Fi network. Open VPNhub and simply tap on the lock icons in the middle of the screen . You’ll be virtually connected to the location of the server of your choosing and your data will be encrypted. Then simply open your browser of choice and surf the web securely.
Does VPNhub protect my personal information?

Will my ISP/mobile provider know what I do with VPNhub?
All our data is encrypted, that mean that your ISP or anybody won’t be able to know what you are doing while using VPNhub.
How do I use Desktop Version ?
To use the Desktop version of VPNhub on Windows or MacOS, you need to be a premium member. Please check the section “How do I become a Premium user?”
About Location
Does your VPN work in my country?
While we do our very best to support internet access and freedom of information for all in most every country around the world, we have had reports that our vpn might be blocked in:
- Burma/Myanmar
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Sudan
- Syria
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- UAE
- Egypt
- China
While we cannot say that it’s impossible to connect in these countries, there are a few challenges to overcome.
What is the best server for me to connect to?
Decide what you are using the VPN for, and then choose a server accordingly.
If you are connecting strictly for anonymity, connect to the location closest to you.
If you are connecting in order to mask your location, choose the server in the location in which you wish to be identified.
About Bandwidth
Do I need an internet connection to use VPNhub?
Yes! VPNhub will not work unless you’re connected to the internet, either by wi-fi or mobile data.
How much data is included in the free version of VPNhub?
The free version of VPNhub allows you to enjoy unlimited data, though standard fees from your mobile provider/ISP apply.
About Permissions
Why does the VPNhub app need permission to create VPN Profile?
VPNhub needs permission to access your device to install a VPNhub profile. The app won’t work if you don’t allow this permission.
About Premium
What is VPNhub Premium?
VPNhub Premium is VPNhub but with added features and content.
What features do I get?
You get no more ads, a faster connection and you can choose from a wide range of countries.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes we do! We offer a 7 day Free Trial.
How do I become a Premium user?
From the App:
- Install VPNhub on your Android or iOS mobile device.
- Purchase a Premium upgrade from within the app.
From our Website:

- Choose the email, password and the Plan you wan to subscribe.
- Complete the transaction process by entering your payment information
- You now have access to VPNhub Premium, just use your email and password to login in the apps.
Can I use the same account on other devices?
Yes! If you choose to create a VPNhub account after your purchase, then you can use your VPN HUB Premium subscription on up to 3 devices, including iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and Android tablets
How do I log in to VPNhub?
In the Apps: If you are a registered premium user and have been logged out of your account or if you want to use your account on another device, open VPNhub’s menu, select the Log In option and enter your e-mail address and password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Here is how you should do it, but don’t forget that you will now see ads, have a slower speed and will only be able to use VPNhub on your Mobile devices.

Technical Issues
How do I change my password?
For Mobile App : Select “Account & Support” in the menu and tap on “Change Password”. You’ll be asked to confirm your identity through your registered e-mail account and will then be guided through the process to change your password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
For Mobile: From the login screen, tap “Forgot your password?” You’ll be prompted to confirm your identity by email and will then be guided through the process to reset your password.
